Over the years I have had experiences with many different hearing professionals.  Receiving not a lot of satisfaction with the service or the hearing aids provided.
 
Last year I was requested by DVA to obtain a test, and a friend recommended your firm.  I was extremely pleased with the manner and efficiency in how you performed the testing, and your knowledge of dealings with the DVA.  I have since become eligible for a pension.
 
When Elaine was asked to have a test, we were going to spend time with our grand children in Cochrane, and I recommended that she see you for her test.
 
She was as pleased as I with your professionalism.
 
Needless to say, we will both be back.
